    Where does this calendar data come from?
    IPO and FPO entries pull from NEPSE's public offerings feed, including the actual subscription open and close dates. The Dividend tab pulls from ShareHub Nepal's structured dividend feed (bonus / cash / book-closure / AGM dates). Earnings, AGM and book-closure entries on the other tabs come from NEPSE / ShareSansar corporate-announcement filings.
    Why are some entries showing only the announcement date, not an event date?
    Many Nepali listed companies put the actual event date (record date, book-closure date, AGM date) inside the announcement title rather than as a structured field. We surface what the upstream feed provides reliably — for the exact event date, open the source filing linked on each row.
    How fresh is the data?
    Announcements refresh whenever the page loads, with a five-minute client-side cache to avoid hammering the upstream feed during normal browsing. IPO subscription status updates as the open / close dates pass.
    Why don't I see future earnings dates?
    Nepali listed companies are not required to pre-announce earnings release dates. Most file the quarterly directly, with no advance schedule. So the Earnings tab shows recently-published filings rather than upcoming ones.
